Words work for good when we use them to center others instead of ourselves. But simplifying or minimizing others' stories can twist their narrative.

Are we getting consent to tell another person's story? Are we coming alongside others or trying to dictating outcomes?

Human rights belong to every community. We must move into spaces that provide an opportunity to learn; then we find that hope is the key that holds the story arc of humanity together.
